Blogging Refraining for Potty Training!

I'm going to take
A little blogging break
I'm potty training Junior
In hopes he'll be ready sooner
Than was his older brother
As I was a pregnant, lazy mother
Who pushed off training him to potty
As I look back I think, "Maybe I was naughty?"
But the big kid is doing fine
And now it's Junior who'll walk the line

So, "Adios People!" For the next few days
Feel free to lift me up, if you're one who prays!!

  2. Why potty train? I have decided I will never potty train another child...

Of course, I'm not HAVING any more children, so that was an easy decision!

    Good luck!

  3. Oh boy, I can only imagine the adventures Junior will give you in potty training him. Better have paper and pen handy to write down the hilarious moments!

  5. You are not lazy or naughty....sometimes some kids just are not interested as early as others. My first child was toilet trained at 2 years, 2 months. My 2nd child wasn't toilet trained until just after he turned 3 years. My 3rd child will be 3 in May and he is still toilet trained.

I will lift you up in prayer. xo

  6. Poddy training is just as much about MOM being ready as it is the KID being ready. If you weren't up to poddy training the first time and attempted anyway, it might not have gone very well. Besides, there are really no rules, except get it done before kindergarten! :)Praying for you!

  9. Blessings on this time. I've been through it with four children, and it's true, they are all so different and with their own machinations and timelines and personalities.
