Thanks for the link! Hey, guess what, nobody seems to realize the menu is a guideline. You don't HAVE to cook those meals on those days. It's just to know that you know that you know you have 14 meals at your fingertips!
Love your blog and great job on the diet. I think if I would follow Andi's menu, I could do better. She is a healthy eater. Most of the Time!!!
